Seder & Chandler, LLP Attorneys Serve a Three Course Risk Management Seminar to Massachusetts Restaurant Association

SederLaw attorneys Howard Stempler, Kurt Binder and Todd Rodman presented a seminar on March 16, 2014 at the New England Food Show on behalf of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association. The seminar involved issues of risk management for the restaurant industry and included discussions of employee wage and hour issues, limiting and controlling liability, and managing restaurant-related real estate.
