Jeffrey P. Greenberg is a Partner who practices in the areas of Family Law & Probate and Litigation & ADR, focusing on divorce and post-divorce matters, probate and guardianship cases, estate litigation and commercial and business disputes. Mr. Greenberg has substantial experience in all forms of divorce and family disputes, particularly those involving business, trust and tax issues, complex assets and liabilities, alimony and child support, child custody and visitation disputes, contempt actions and post-divorce modifications, payment of college and educational expenses, appeals, and drafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Greenberg is a member of the firm’s’ Marketing Committee and previously served as member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Greenberg has extensive experience representing grandparents (and other fiduciaries) in guardianships of minors as well as conservatorships and guardianships for incapacitated adults. He is a certified mediator and does extensive divorce conciliation. He regularly represents families and individuals in need of experienced and personalized guidance through the Massachusetts Trial Court system.
Mr. Greenberg is very active in the local legal, business and non-profit communities. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Worcester County Bar Associations Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. He has served as a volunteer, chaired various committees and served as a Director or Officer for entities including the Jewish Federation of Central Mass, Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, Ted Williams Little League, The Worcester Jewish Community Center, and his synagogue, Temple Emanuel Sinai.
