Renee Kirk is an Associate at Seder & Chandler in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. After graduating with a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, Renee gained hands-on experience in various roles that significantly shaped her legal acumen.

Prior to joining Seder Law she served as a law clerk at Mirageas & Avery, where she supported litigation efforts and honed her skills in legal writing and research. Further, as a legal extern with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Renee sharpened her expertise in regulatory compliance and governmental legal processes.

Her role as a legal assistant with Boston University’s Civil Litigation and Justice Program allowed her to support clients in civil litigations, oversee depositions, and actively engage in settlement negotiations. Outside of her practical legal roles, Renee has demonstrated a commendable commitment to the field through her participation in moot court competitions, notably the Stone, Albers, and the ABA Appellate Advocacy competitions, where she represented Boston University Law.
