WORCESTER, MA, October 18, 2022 – Seder & Chandler is pleased to announce that two firm attorneys were recently appointed to serve as Worcester County Bar Association (WCBA) section co-chairs. Jeffery P. Greenberg was appointed co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section, and Paul J. O’Riordan was named co-chair of the Tax, Trusts & Estates Section.
- Greenberg is a partner who practices in the areas of Family Law & Probate Litigation & ADR. He is a certified mediator and regularly represents families and individuals in need of experienced and personalized guidance through the Massachusetts Trial Court system. He has extensive experience in divorce litigation and conciliation, guardianship and conservatorship matters, and estate litigation.
- O’Riordan is a partner and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He practices in the Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Business Law areas. O’Riordan advises businesses and individuals on many matters, including formation of business entities, succession planning, corporate and financial transactions, and business, personal and estate & trust taxation matters.
The WCBA’s standing committees are appointed by the president to examine specific areas of importance to the association. WCBA sections sponsor educational programs, follow legislation of interest to the section and publish newsletter articles.
The chairs of all committees and sections of the WCBA are appointed by the current president of the association for a one-year term. Terms expire on August 31, 2023.
