Seder & Chandler, LLP is pleased to announce that Attorney Andrew C. Bartholomew has been named to the 40 Under Forty Class of 2025 by the Worcester Business Journal. This annual recognition honors emerging leaders across Central Massachusetts for their professional excellence and community impact.
At just 36, Andrew has already built a reputation in the legal community for his sophisticated handling of complex civil litigation. As an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups, he has:
- Defended franchise owners against territorial encroachment claims,
- Advised solar energy companies in multi-state litigation,
- Represented employers in labor disputes, and
- Coordinated strategy in a multimillion-dollar federal cannabis partnership lawsuit, helping secure a favorable jury verdict.
In addition to his legal work, Andrew is deeply committed to civic leadership. He serves on the City of Worcester’s Parks & Recreation Commission and was recently elected to the Executive Committee of the Worcester County Bar Association. His past board service includes contributions to the youth arts nonprofit Main IDEA and the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester.
