WORCESTER, MA, August 4, 2022 – Seder & Chandler, LLP announces that attorney James A. Vevone II has been elected to the firm’s Executive Committee.
James practices in the Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Real Estate groups. His business practice extends to intellectual property law, including, patent licensing, trademark and copyright. He regularly obtains trademark registration, both state and federal, for clients.
James routinely advises corporate and commercial real estate clients in the areas of business, intellectual property law, and real estate matters.
He serves as counsel to a number of real estate clients, including regional and national developers and investors, in connection with shopping center and mixed-use development projects across New England.
James also has considerable experience in transportation law. A specialized focus, he is routinely engaged in connection with various transportation; transloading; and other related matters.
Prior to joining Seder & Chandler, James worked as an American consultant for a Japanese intellectual property attorney (benrishi) in Tokyo, Japan. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law, Temple University Law School in Japan and holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
