Pam Stevens Becomes Seder & Chandler, LLP’s Newest Partner

October 24th, 2018

Worcester, MA – SederLaw welcomes veteran corporate and real estate attorney Pam Stevens as its newest partner following several years at the firm in an Of Counsel role. Her expertise in business, real estate, and employment law and her dedication to exemplary service for the Firm’s clients are just some of the reasons SederLaw has asked Pam to join as a full partner.

“We rely on Pam as a key member of our corporate law and real estate teams. She is a versatile, highly qualified lawyer and, most importantly, a wonderful person to work with day to day. She is practical, professional, and has the utmost integrity. I have known Pam since she was a Columbia University Law School student. She has honed her craft as a lawyer while also involving herself in the professional and educational community. She brings another fully engaged partner to our diverse and multi-talented array of partners,” said Robert Adler, Managing Partner of SederLaw.

Pam has practiced law for over 28 years for large and small firms and corporate legal departments alike. She advises privately held businesses on transactional matters including acquisitions, financings, ownership agreements, contract negotiations, employment issues, and commercial real estate matters. She also advises nonprofit organizations on governance, tax exemption, mergers, and strategic alliances.

Stevens said, “The celebration of SederLaw’s 100 th anniversary and the economic growth of Worcester and the surrounding region make this a particularly exciting time to contribute to the diverse and strategic growth of the Firm. It’s been a pleasure over the past several years to have worked alongside the talented, engaging and dedicated attorneys at SederLaw and I am very excited to continue at the Firm in my new role.”

Beyond her work at the firm, Pam also teaches in the Graduate and Professional Studies Program at Assumption College in Worcester. At the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce, she is both a Member of the Executive Committee and co-Founder and co-Chair of its Business Forward Females (BFF) Networking Group.

Stevens earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, an Ed.M. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Boston University ( summa cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa).
