WORCESTER, MA, June 1, 2024 – Seder & Chandler, LLP., is pleased to announce that Andrew C. Bartholomew has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Practice Group. Bartholomew brings a wealth of experience in a broad array of litigation matters including commercial disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and corporate ownership disputes.
Bartholomew has demonstrated capability in all phases of litigation, from drafting complaints to arguing motions and filing appeals. His notable achievements include successfully defeating a motion to dismiss by a large corporate tenant in a commercial lease dispute, assisting in a federal jury trial involving multimillion-dollar cannabis venture claims, second-chairing a defense jury trial for the City of Worcester, and defending owners of assisted living residences against class action suits related to the Massachusetts security deposit statute.

Prior to joining Seder & Chandler, Bartholomew was an Associate Attorney at a Massachusetts-based law firm, and served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court from 2016-2017. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, and a B.A. from Boston College.
