Pam Stevens is a Partner at SederLaw who concentrates her practice in commercial real estate transactions and leasing, business and corporate law, nonprofit organizations and employment law.

Ms. Stevens represents individuals and companies in the acquisition, sale, leasing, management and financing of commercial properties. As part of her general business practice, Ms. Stevens advises closely held and family-owned companies at all stages of the business life cycle. Helping business owners make better decisions and manage risk, Ms. Stevens partners with clients to select the correct form of business entity, draft ownership control documents such as shareholder agreements, review and negotiate contracts, establish employment practices and documents, obtain financing, acquire and sell business assets, purchase, sell or lease commercial real estate, and establish succession plans and exit strategies. Ms. Stevens also advises a broad range of nonprofit organizations. Her work with these organizations includes advising them on formation issues, board governance, the application for tax exempt status and the applicability of federal regulations.

In her prior work as General Counsel for a family-owned real estate management and development company, Ms. Stevens had strategic oversight for all legal matters impacting the company and its managed properties. In this role, Ms. Stevens successfully negotiated numerous leases with national big box retailers, completed several multi-million dollar financing transactions, and managed numerous litigation and arbitration matters. As a trusted member of the management team, Ms. Stevens helped achieve the highly successful redevelopment and sale of multiple shopping centers, including a 50-acre retail power center, one of the largest in New England.

Ms. Stevens was named a 2019 Top Women of Law. She has taught courses in the Graduate and Professional Studies Program at Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts and courses in Business Law and Contracts/Commercial Law at Anna Maria College in Paxton, Massachusetts. Attorney Stevens frequently lectures on topics of business and employment law. She is a Board Chair of the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce, and she is the co-Founder and co-Chair of the Corridor 9/495 Chamber Business Forward Females Networking Group. She is also a Director of Play It Forward Sport Foundation, Inc.
