Jennifer L. Conrad Joins Seder & Chandler as Of Counsel

Ms. Conrad brings her extensive experience in commercial and real estate litigation and creditor-side bankruptcy to complement the firm’s already versatile practices.

Conrad practices in the firm’s business litigation, banking & finance, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy groups. Her practice focuses on financial services and banking-related litigation, commercial loan workouts, real estate foreclosures and secured party sales. She represents banks and credit unions, local businesses, real estate companies, and commercial landlords and tenants throughout the region. Conrad is a resident of Upton, MA. She is the Vice-President and Grants Committee Co-Chair of the Mendon-Upton Education Foundation (MUEF), which raises funds and awards grants to teachers and staff members for innovative educational initiatives. She is also a member of the Upton Cultural Council.
Prior to joining SederLaw, Conrad was associated for thirteen years with a small general practice law firm in Milford, Massachusetts; and, prior to that, a large multiservice Boston firm. Conrad also served as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Barbara A. Lenk of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Conrad earned her J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A. ( summa cum laude) from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
