Howard E. Stempler and Kurt L. Binder recently presented at the Clark University Small Business Development Center in the business seminar series on a variety of issues involving employment matters. The seminar was sponsored by Seder Law and was attended by numerous local business owners and human resource representatives. The presentation involved issues relating to non-competes, severance agreements, employee handbooks, worker’s compensation and wage claims.
