Three Seder & Chandler, LLP Attorneys Named As “Super Lawyers”

Worcester, MA – November 14, 2013 -SederLaw is proud to announce that three of its members have been recognized as 2013 New England “Super Lawyers” on and in the associated New England edition of the “Super Lawyers” magazine published by Thomson Reuters.

Robert S. Adler, Esq., a partner in the firm who is also a member of SederLaw’s management committee, was selected again by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” in Business and Corporate Law. Mr. Adler counsels businesses, individuals and families facing strategic, financial, corporate, employment and other critical legal decisions. Mr. Adler also represents numerous clients in the startup, purchase, financing and sale of assets and businesses.

Kurt L. Binder, Esq., a partner in the firm, was selected by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” in Business Litigation. Mr. Binder concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law and general business practice, and often acts as outside general counsel for his clients. In addition, Mr. Binder has tried cases in state and federal court before both judges and juries, and is experienced in resolution of private sector disputes in both mediation and arbitration.

J. Robert Seder, Esq., another partner in the firm, was recognized by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” in Business and Corporate Law. Mr. Seder has over 48 years of experience in corporate law, bankruptcy law, corporate succession and restructuring, commercial lending, and commercial real estate.
